The Job system is the core of character customization and combat strategy in Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii. Each character can change their Job at the 'Aloha Hello' employment agency. Leveling up Jobs grants new skills, stat bonuses, and allows you to inherit certain skills to other Jobs.

Key Aspects of the Job System:
- Unlocking Jobs: New Jobs are unlocked by progressing the main story, completing specific substories, or meeting certain personality stat requirements.
- Job Ranks: Each Job has a rank (up to 30). As you gain Job XP, your Job Rank increases, unlocking new active and passive skills.
- Inherited Skills: Once a skill is learned in a Job, it can often be 'inherited' and used while the character is equipped with a different Job. This allows for incredible build diversity.
- Stat Bonuses: Each Job provides unique stat bonuses upon leveling up. These bonuses are permanent, even if you switch Jobs, encouraging you to level multiple Jobs for each character.
Experimentation is key! Don't be afraid to try out different Jobs for your party members. A character might excel in an unexpected role. Remember to visit the employment agency regularly to check for new Job unlocks and to switch Jobs as needed for specific challenges.
