Getting Started: Your First Steps in Paradise

Upon starting a new game on your PlayStation 5, you'll be thrust directly into the vibrant opening cinematic. Pay close attention to the narrative, as it sets the stage for your grand adventure. After the initial cutscenes, you'll gain control of our protagonist, Ichiban Kasuga, on the shores of Waikiki.

Initial Objectives:

1. Familiarize Yourself with Basic Controls: The game will prompt you with on-screen tutorials for movement (Left Stick), camera control (Right Stick), and basic interaction (X button). Take a moment to practice these fundamental actions.

The bar is located approximately 200 meters north of your starting beach location, nestled between a souvenir shop and a surf rental stand.
3. First Encounter: On your way to the Aloha Bar, you'll inevitably run into a group of rowdy tourists or low-level thugs. This serves as your combat tutorial.
   • Combat Strategy: Focus on single targets initially. Use Square for light attacks and Triangle for heavy attacks. Remember to block (L1) to mitigate incoming damage and dodge (Circle) to avoid unblockable attacks.
   • Heat Actions: As your Heat Gauge fills (the blue bar below your health), you'll unlock powerful Heat Actions (R2 + specific button prompt). These are crucial for dealing significant damage and finishing off tougher opponents.
