The world of Limbo is a hostile, unforgiving place, seemingly designed to thwart your progress. Every obstacle, from the smallest spider to the largest industrial trap, serves as a test of your resolve and ingenuity.

Chapter 1: The Forest's Edge

Your journey begins in a dark, primeval forest. The immediate threat is environmental. You'll encounter:

• Giant Spider: This colossal arachnid is your first major antagonist.
• Strategy: Initially, you must avoid its attacks. Push the Bear Trap found near the fallen log to ensnare one of its legs.
• Actionable Step: After disabling its leg, proceed to the next area where you'll find a large rolling boulder. Lure the spider into its path by running past it, then quickly backtrack and push the boulder. This will crush the spider, clearing your path.
• Humanoid Traps: These are often camouflaged. Look for tripwires and pressure plates.
• Strategy: Observe the environment carefully. Often, a small branch or a subtle discoloration on the ground indicates a trap.
• Actionable Step: To bypass the first Pitfall Trap, jump over the barely visible tripwire.

• Mind Control Worms: These parasitic creatures attach to your head, forcing you to move in one direction.

• Actionable Step: When a Mind Control Worm attaches, run towards the spinning gears on the conveyor belt. Position yourself so the worm is scraped off by the machinery. Alternatively, if a fellow controlled individual is nearby, lure them into a position where they can dislodge your worm.
• Saw Blades: These deadly rotating blades are common in the industrial areas.
• Strategy: Timing is crucial. Observe their patterns before attempting to pass.
• Actionable Step: To cross the section with the three oscillating Saw Blades, wait for the first blade to retract, then quickly run and jump over the gap, landing just as the second blade begins to retract. Repeat for the third.
