Chef Soulfflé is a culinary ghost found on the Mezzanine (Floor 3). He attacks by throwing food and swinging a cleaver. His weakness is being hit by food items. Dodge his cleaver, then when he's open, stun him with your Strobulb. Quickly use your Suction Shot to grab a nearby food item (like a watermelon or a fish) and launch it at him. This will expose his heart, allowing you to vacuum and slam him. Repeat until defeated.
