Dr. Potter, the ghostly gardener, is the boss of the Garden Suites (Floor 4). He hides within a giant plant and attacks with thorny vines and projectiles. To defeat him, you need to water his plant. Dodge his attacks, then when he's vulnerable, stun him with the Strobulb. Quickly grab a water can with your Suction Shot and spray water onto his plant. This will expose him, allowing you to vacuum and slam him. Repeat this cycle.
