Floors 2 and 3 introduce you to the hotel's commercial areas. Floor 2, the Hotel Shops, features various boutiques and a cafe, each with its own set of puzzles and hidden collectibles. Floor 3, the Mezzanine, is home to a restaurant and a grand ballroom. These floors will test your puzzle-solving skills and introduce new ghost types with unique attack patterns.
