Puzzle Mode is a fantastic way to test your strategic thinking and precise block placement. Each puzzle presents a pre-arranged field of blocks and a specific target shape or pattern you need to clear. You are given a limited number of blocks to achieve this goal. There are no random elements; every puzzle has a single, correct solution.
General Approach to Puzzles:
- Analyze the Target: First, understand exactly what shape or pattern you need to clear. Visualize how the Timeline will sweep through it.
- Examine the Starting Field: Look at the existing blocks. Identify same-colored clusters and potential gaps.
- Consider the Given Blocks: You'll see the sequence of blocks you'll receive. Plan how each block will contribute to the target shape.
- Work Backwards (Sometimes): For complex puzzles, it can be helpful to imagine the final state just before the Timeline clears the target, and then work backward to see how your given blocks can achieve that.
- Precision is Key: Every rotation and placement matters. A single misplaced block can ruin the solution.
- Experiment: Don't be afraid to try different placements. If it doesn't work, restart the puzzle and try a new approach.
There are dozens of puzzles, ranging from simple 2x2 clears to complex, multi-stage solutions. Completing them all is a significant achievement and greatly improves your spatial reasoning.
