Once you've successfully shaken off the Morello thugs, a new objective marker will appear on your mini-map, directing you to Salieri's Bar. This part of the mission is less about high-speed evasion and more about simply reaching the destination. Drive carefully through the city streets, obeying traffic laws if you wish, though it's not strictly enforced at this point. The journey to the bar is relatively short. Upon arrival, park your taxi in the designated area, usually marked by a glowing circle. A cutscene will trigger, introducing you to Don Salieri and formally bringing you into his fold. This marks the successful completion of your first mission and the beginning of your life as a gangster. You'll receive a small monetary reward and a reputation boost with the Salieri family.
