Optimal Strategy
This 3DS track features an underwater section and aggressive Piranha Plants. The key is to stay on the main path and use the speed panels. The anti-gravity section with the Piranha Plants can provide spin boosts. There's a small underwater shortcut through a pipe that can be taken with a mushroom. On 200cc, the Piranha Plants become a greater threat due to the increased speed.

Mushrooms are essential for the underwater pipe shortcut. Fire Flowers can be used to defeat Piranha Plants and hit opponents.
