Objective
Pop opponents' balloons while protecting your own. Each player starts with 5 balloons. You with the most balloons remaining (or most popped if time runs out) wins.
Strategy
- Offensive: Use Red Shells for easy hits, Green Shells for skilled shots or bouncing off walls. Boomerangs are excellent for hitting multiple opponents.
- Defensive: Hold a Banana or Green Shell behind you to block incoming projectiles. Use Super Horns to defend against close-range attacks and Spiny Shells.
- Movement: Stay mobile and unpredictable. Use boosts and drifts to escape danger or close in on targets.
- Item Boxes: Prioritize collecting item boxes, especially when low on balloons.
