Grand Prix
The main single-player mode where you compete in cups, each consisting of four races. You earn points based on your finishing position in each race, and You with the most points at the end of the cup wins. Available in 50cc, 100cc, 150cc, Mirror, and 200cc difficulties.
VS Race
Allows you to create custom races with up to 12 players (AI or human). You can adjust rules like item frequency, number of laps, and vehicle types. Great for practicing or casual play.
Battle Mode
A separate set of arenas and objectives. Includes Balloon Battle, Bob-omb Blast, Coin Runners, Shine Thief, and Renegade Roundup. Focuses on combat and strategy rather than pure racing.
Time Trials
Race against the clock to set the fastest lap times on any track. You can race against ghost data (your own, staff ghosts, or online players) to improve your technique.
Online Play
Compete against players from around the world in Grand Prix or Battle Mode. Your global rating will fluctuate based on your performance.
