The GCN version of Rainbow Road is a long, winding track with many turns and a few anti-gravity sections. Focus on consistent drifting and hitting all the speed panels. The anti-gravity section with the boost pads requires precise steering. There are no major shortcuts, but maintaining a perfect racing line and consistent boosts is key. On 200cc, this track is incredibly fast and unforgiving, demanding absolute precision and brake-drifting.

Stars are incredibly powerful here, allowing you to ignore collisions and maintain maximum speed. Triple Mushrooms can be used for small, aggressive cuts on the wider turns.
