Eyerok is the boss of Mission Mode Level 4. You'll face a giant stone hand in a circular arena. Your objective is to hit its eye when it's exposed, using Mushrooms to boost into it.
Phases & Strategy:
- Phase 1 (Slam & Swipe): Eyerok will slam its fist onto the ground, creating shockwaves, or swipe across the arena. Avoid these attacks.
- Exposing the Eye: After certain attacks, Eyerok will briefly open its palm, revealing its eye. This is your window to attack.
- Collecting Mushrooms: Item boxes around the arena will provide Mushrooms.
- Attacking Eyerok: When the eye is exposed, use a Mushroom to boost directly into it. This will cause Eyerok to recoil.
- Repeat: Continue hitting the eye with Mushrooms until Eyerok is defeated. Eyerok's attacks will become faster and more varied as it takes damage.
- Avoid Shockwaves: Jump over the shockwaves created by its slams using the 'L' button.
Weakness:
- Mushrooms: Only Mushrooms can damage Eyerok's eye.
Tips:
- Observe Patterns: Learn Eyerok's attack patterns to anticipate when its eye will be exposed.
- Save Mushrooms: Try to have a Mushroom ready for when the eye appears.
- Jump Over Shockwaves: Timed hops are crucial for avoiding damage and maintaining speed.
Eyerok requires good observation and quick reflexes. Don't waste your Mushrooms; wait for a clear shot at the eye.
