Grumble Volcano is a dynamic and challenging track where parts of the road crumble and fall into lava. Pay close attention to the mini-map to anticipate which sections are about to collapse. There are several small ramps and ledges where you can perform tricks for boosts. The key here is to maintain speed and avoid falling into the lava, which results in a significant time penalty. Using a Mushroom to cut across the rough terrain near the end of the track can save valuable seconds. A character with good off-road stats can be a lifesaver if you accidentally stray from the main path.
