Phase 1: Darkmess Tentacles & Minions
Cursa is the final boss of Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, a multi-phase encounter that tests all your skills. In her first phase, Cursa will be protected by several Darkmess Tentacles that deal damage and block paths. She will also summon various elite enemies from previous planets. Your primary objective is to destroy the Darkmess Tentacles to make Cursa vulnerable. Each tentacle might have a specific elemental weakness, so ensure your team has a diverse set of elemental Sparks. Utilize heroes with strong area-of-effect attacks to clear out the summoned minions efficiently. Keep your team spread out to avoid Cursa's wide-ranging attacks. Focus fire on one tentacle at a time to remove it quickly. Once all tentacles are destroyed, Cursa will become temporarily vulnerable, transitioning to Phase 2.
Phase 2: Direct Assault & Shield
After her tentacles are gone, Cursa will become directly targetable. She has a massive health pool and powerful attacks. She might also generate a shield that requires a specific elemental attack to break before you can deal damage. Identify her weakness and use the corresponding Spark. This phase is a damage race; unleash all your most powerful attacks, techniques, and Spark abilities. Bowser's Bowser Bomb and Rabbid Mario's Boomerang are excellent for clearing any new minions she summons. Luigi and Mario should focus their strongest single-target attacks on Cursa. Rabbid Peach's healing and Peach's Team Barrier are crucial for survivability. Cursa will periodically regenerate her Darkmess Tentacles, forcing you back into Phase 1. Repeat the cycle, dealing as much damage as possible during her vulnerable windows. This is a long battle, so manage your items and Spark cooldowns carefully. Rewards: Game Completion, Credits.
