Cosmic Artifact Usage and Synergies

MARVEL Cosmic Invasion features several powerful Cosmic Artifacts that can dramatically alter your combat effectiveness. These items are not merely passive buffs; many offer active abilities or unique synergistic effects when combined with specific hero abilities or other artifacts. Understanding how to best use these artifacts is key to overcoming the toughest cosmic threats, such as the formidable Kree Sentinels encountered in the Nova Corps Outpost.

One such artifact is the Quantum Entangler. When activated, it temporarily links the health pools of all enemies within a 15-meter radius. This means any damage dealt to one enemy is also applied to all others within the linked group, with a 50% damage reduction for the secondary targets. This artifact has a cooldown of 60 seconds. A prime example of synergy is using the Quantum Entangler in conjunction with Captain Marvel's Photon Blast. The Photon Blast deals significant area-of-effect damage, and when amplified by the Entangler, it can quickly decimate groups of weaker foes like the Skrull Infiltrators. If you have two or more enemies linked, a single fully charged Photon Blast can deal upwards of 1500 damage to each, effectively clearing entire waves.

Another crucial artifact is the Chronal Accelerator. This artifact, when equipped, reduces the cooldown of all your hero abilities by 20%. This is particularly potent for heroes with high-impact, short-cooldown abilities. For instance, Iron Man's Repulsor Barrage, which normally has a 5-second cooldown, can be fired almost continuously when paired with the Chronal Accelerator. This allows for sustained damage output, making it easier to break through the defenses of bosses like Ronan the Accuser. Furthermore, equipping both the Chronal Accelerator and the Cosmic Shard of Amplification (which increases all damage dealt by 10%) creates a devastating offensive loop. The Shard boosts the damage of your rapid-fire Repulsor Barrages, while the Accelerator ensures you can keep them coming.

also be mindful of artifact limitations. Most heroes can only equip up to three Cosmic Artifacts at a time. Prioritizing artifacts that complement your chosen hero's playstyle is essential. For a tanky character like Hulk, focusing on defensive artifacts such as the Adamantium Plating (which grants 25% damage reduction) might be more beneficial than pure offensive options. However, even Hulk can benefit from the Chronal Accelerator to reduce the cooldown on his Thunderclap ability, allowing for more frequent crowd control.
