A key to high-level play is predicting what your opponent will do. Pay attention to:
- Their deck archetype: What cards have they played? What are their likely win conditions?
- Their energy curve: What high-cost cards might they play on turn 5 or 6?
- Location effects: How might they leverage or counter the current locations?
- Their Snaps: A Snap often indicates they have a strong play coming.
