Taskmaster Encounters
Taskmaster is a recurring antagonist known for his ability to perfectly mimic the combat styles of the Avengers. When facing him, the primary strategy revolves around precise dodging and parrying. His attacks are often telegraphed, but they come in rapid succession. Look for brief windows of opportunity after he completes a combo to land your own attacks. Ranged heroes can try to maintain distance and exploit his recovery animations, while melee heroes will need to master the timing of their dodges to get in close and deal damage.
Abomination Tactics
Emil Blonsky, also known as the Abomination, is a formidable foe who relies on brute strength and devastating area-of-effect attacks. During his boss fights, staying mobile is paramount. His ground pounds and charged attacks can cover a significant area, so be prepared to dodge out of the impact zones. Heroes with high mobility, like Black Widow or Captain America, can weave in and out of his attacks to chip away at his health. It's also beneficial to focus on breaking his armor or staggering him when possible, as this will create larger openings for sustained damage.
AIM Scientist Supreme Strategies
The AIM Scientist Supreme often employs advanced technology and energy-based attacks. These encounters typically involve dealing with waves of supporting AIM units alongside the main boss. Prioritize eliminating the smaller enemies first to reduce the incoming damage and allow for a more focused assault on the Scientist Supreme. Her attacks can include powerful energy beams and deployable turrets. Heroes with crowd-control abilities can be very effective at managing the adds, while high-damage output heroes can focus on the boss once the immediate threats are neutralized. Exploiting any elemental weaknesses the Scientist Supreme might have, if applicable, can significantly speed up the fight.
Kree and AIM Commander Weaknesses
During certain missions, you'll face Kree soldiers and AIM Commanders. Kree soldiers often use energy weapons and shields. Breaking their shields with sustained attacks or specific hero abilities can leave them vulnerable. AIM Commanders, similar to the Scientist Supreme, often lead groups of AIM units. Focusing down the Commander can sometimes disrupt the enemy formation or disable their support systems. Identifying and neutralizing these key targets quickly is a common tactic for success.
