Faction Missions are repeatable quests offered by the Inhuman Alliance and SHIELD factions. Completing these missions increases your Faction Level, unlocking access to better gear, resources, and cosmetic items from their respective vendors. These are a primary source of daily and weekly progression once the main campaign is complete.
Faction Mission Types:
- Vault Missions: Locate and open hidden SHIELD Vaults, often requiring you to find a specific SHIELD Cache first. These are excellent for high-tier gear.
- Drop Zones: Short, focused combat encounters with specific objectives, like eliminating a target or defending a point.
- Threat Sectors: Larger missions with multiple objectives, often culminating in a boss fight or a challenging combat arena.
- Villain Sectors: Missions that pit you against specific supervillains (e.g., Taskmaster, Abomination). These are great for unique gear and resources.
Check the War Table daily for new Faction Missions. Prioritize those that offer rewards relevant to your current hero's needs, such as specific gear slots or rare resources. Increasing your Faction Level is crucial for accessing the best gear available from vendors, so make these a regular part of your gameplay loop.
