To unlock Warp Ammo, you typically need to have a squadmate with this ability in your party, such as Jack or Samara, and then choose it as your bonus power after completing their loyalty missions. Alternatively, certain classes, like the Adept and Vanguard, can unlock it through their own power trees or specific upgrades.
