How to Beat Reaper Destroyer

To effectively counter a Reaper Destroyer, focus on understanding its attack patterns and exploiting environmental advantages. These massive Reaper capital ships are encountered in various forms throughout the galaxy, including the remains found in the Asgard system. While direct combat with a full-scale Destroyer is rare, their smaller manifestations and remnants still pose threats or offer strategic advantages.

The remains of a Reaper Destroyer can be found on the planet Borr in the Asgard solar system. Scanning Borr will reveal these remains, which offer a choice between two valuable bonuses:

  • 5% off Citadel purchases
  • 5% to your Power Recharge Speed

When scanning the Asgard system, it is recommended to scan Tyr and Borr first for the Reaper Destroyer remains. After completing a mission, return to scan the other planets to reset the Reaper's awareness back to zero, allowing you to collect other War Assets like the Alliance Naval Exploration Flotilla from Tyr, the Alliance Cruiser Shanghai from Terra Nova, and the Alliance Spec Ops Team Delta from Loki.
