Scion

The Scion is a formidable and heavily armored enemy encountered in various critical locations, including the planet Horizon, during the Collector Ship mission, and in several challenging N7 missions. These enemies are characterized by their slow but deliberate movement, coupled with a devastating biotic projectile attack that can quickly incapacitate Shepard and their squad. Their sificant armor plating makes them resistant to conventional weaponry, necessitating a strategic approach to combat. To effectively neutralize a Scion, utilize high-damage biotic and tech powers such as Incinerate, which deals damage over time and bypasses armor, or Warp, which weakens enemy defenses. Armor-piercing ammunition is also highly effective. The key to defeating a Scion lies in targeting its weak points, typically glowing biotic sacs that become exposed during or after its attacks. Maintaining constant movement and utilizing cover are crucial to avoid their powerful projectiles. Successfully defeating a Scion yields valuable rewards, including experience points and potentially rare loot, making them a challenging but rewarding encounter.
