Engaging the Geth requires a tactical approach, as their synthetic nature and reliance on networked intelligence make them formidable opponents. Their primary threat comes from their plasma weaponry, which can quickly deplete your shields and health. A key weakness of the Geth is their susceptibility to electrical and anti-synthetic abilities. For example, an Engineer's Overload ability deals sificant bonus damage to Geth units and can temporarily disable their shields, leaving them vulnerable to follow-up attacks. Similarly, Adept's biotic powers, particularly those that disrupt energy fields, can be highly effective.

When facing Geth squads, prioritize eliminating their ranged units first. Geth Snipers, often positioned on elevated platforms or behind cover, can inflict heavy damage from a distance. Utilizing abilities like the Soldier's Concussive Shot can stagger them, interrupting their aim and allowing you to close the distance or reposition. Geth Pyros, while slower, can unleash devastating streams of fire that bypass shields and directly damage health. Keeping a safe distance and using cover effectively is crucial when dealing with these units.

The Geth Colossus is a particularly dangerous foe. Its heavy armor makes it resistant to most conventional weaponry. However, its core is a weak point. Geth units can emerge from unexpected angles, and their electronic warfare capabilities can interfere with your own biotic and tech powers. Consider equipping armor modifications that increase your resistance to electrical damage or enhance your tech power effectiveness. A well-timed use of a biotic crowd-control ability, like the Adept's Singularity, can group up multiple Geth units, making them easier targets for concentrated firepower or area-of-effect powers.
