Mistral uses her L'Etranger whip for long-range attacks and explosive projectiles. Her key weakness is her weapon itself. Parry her whip attacks to create openings, then use Blade Mode to sever the Dwarf Gekko arms. This will deplete her health and provide Zandatsu opportunities. Be aggressive when she's vulnerable.
