This is a multi-phase boss battle that occurs during your escape from Groznyj Grad. First, you'll face Volgin on the Shagohod, then the Shagohod itself, and finally Volgin again.
- Phase 1 (Volgin on Shagohod): Volgin will be on top of the Shagohod, firing electricity. You'll be on a motorcycle with EVA. Your goal is to shoot Volgin. Use your RPG-7 to hit the Shagohod's treads to slow it down, then switch to your assault rifle to target Volgin.
- Phase 2 (Shagohod Chase): The Shagohod will chase you. Continue to use the RPG-7 on its treads and then its main body when it's exposed. EVA will drive, so focus on aiming.
- Phase 3 (Volgin Final Fight): After the Shagohod is destroyed, you'll fight Volgin directly. He uses powerful electric attacks. Use CQC to disarm him or stun him, then shoot him with your most powerful weapons. He is vulnerable after his electric attacks.
- Non-Lethal Strategy: For Volgin, use the Mk22. For the Shagohod, there is no non-lethal option for its destruction.
- Reward: No special camouflage for this fight, but completing it is essential for the story.
