The "Dog Tag Collector" achievement in Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty requires you to acquire every single Dog Tag from every enemy soldier and officer throughout the game. This is a significant undertaking, as Dog Tags are obtained by performing a successful "hold-up" on an enemy. To perform a hold-up, aim your weapon at an enemy's head and hold the fire button.
