During the battle, guards will be present. Your goal is to use these guards as a means to damage Fortune. When Fortune is about to fire her railgun, she will momentarily lower her shield. You need to lure guards into her line of fire, or use the environment to create a situation where she inadvertently damages herself or her surroundings, which in turn affects her. Specifically, you can use the electromagnetic pulses from the destroyed helicopters to disrupt her shield temporarily. When her shield is down, quickly switch to the Stinger missile launcher and target her directly. Repeat this process, using the environment and the guards to create openings, until she is defeated.
