Approach the outpost from the north or west for better cover. Use your binoculars to mark all enemies and plan your route. Prioritize non-lethal takedowns to recruit soldiers. Miller is located in the central building. Be wary of the armored vehicle patrolling the area; avoid it or use C4 if necessary for an S-rank.
