Upon exiting the elevator, you'll be on B1. The corridor is lined with infrared sensors. Equip your Thermal Goggles to see the laser grids and navigate through them. Alternatively, you can use Cigarettes (found in your inventory) to make the lasers visible, but this will slowly drain your health. Proceed carefully to the holding cells. You'll find DARPA Chief Donald Anderson in one of the cells. After the cutscene and his unfortunate demise, you'll need to escape. Be aware of the new guard patrols that appear after this event. The SOCOM is a good choice for silent takedowns if necessary, but try to avoid direct confrontation.
