After exiting the vent, you'll be in the Tank Hangar. This area is heavily guarded with multiple patrol routes and security cameras. Your primary objective here is to reach the elevator on the north side. Use the crates and machinery for cover. There are several lockers you can hide in if an alert is triggered. To disable the security cameras, you can shoot them with your SOCOM, but this will create noise and potentially alert nearby guards. A more stealthy approach is to use the Chaff Grenades (found in a small room on the west side) to temporarily disable electronics. Once you reach the elevator, call it and prepare for the next section.
