Navigating the world of Metamorphosis requires careful observation and interaction with your surroundings. As Gregor Samsa, you will encounter various challenges that demand creative solutions, often involving manipulating objects or finding specific routes. Understanding the environment and the unique abilities of your transformed state is key to progression.

The Village and The Tower

In the final levels of Metamorphosis, The Village and The Tower, you will need to complete several objectives:

  • Finding Titorelli: Locate Titorelli within The Village.
  • Getting the squatters out: There are two routes to achieve this:
    • Route 1: Go with Titorelli's assistant.
    • Route 2: Go alone.
  • Getting the workforce: You have two options for securing help:
    • Route 1: Ask the priest for help.
    • Route 2: Ask Leni for help.
  • Getting into Tower: Find the way to enter The Tower.
  • Finding the bug in charge: Once inside The Tower, locate the bug responsible.
  • Getting to the Verdict Box: Navigate to the Verdict Box.

The Procedure and The Harbor

These levels present a series of mechanical puzzles and navigation challenges:

  • The processor: Navigate through this area, using a 'Tower' flier to exit, crossing a chasm with a pencil, and talking to intellectual bugs to learn about a conveyor belt.
  • The furnace: Progress through this section.
  • The pistons: Overcome the challenges presented by the pistons.
  • The robot: Interact with the document sorting robot, find Gregor Samsa's code (E6), and manipulate the robot's arm using its switches to retrieve your certificate.

Strange Corridors and Lawyer's Office

These early levels introduce you to unique environments and puzzles:

  • Mushroom Forest & Suspending Bridge: Begin your journey in these initial corridors.
  • Harbour: Navigate through the Harbour section.
  • Lawyer's Office:
    • Getting inside the Gramophone: Follow the trail of books from the cupboard, past the ink puddle, to get beneath the gramophone.
    • Turning the music off: Shut down the gramophone.
    • Finding the certificate (1), (2), (3): Locate three parts of a certificate. For the second part, enter the desk through a detached wooden seal, run and jump to avoid pits, and follow the directions of a bug to find its boss.
