The Alchemist's Apprentice — MetaMorph Walkthrough
This walkthrough covers the final levels of MetaMorph: The Village and The Tower. Your primary objective is to navigate these areas, solve puzzles, and make critical decisions that impact the game's outcome. The journey involves finding key characters, dealing with obstacles, and ultimately reaching the Tower's Verdict Box.
The Village
- Finding Titorelli: Locate Titorelli to advance.
- Getting the squatters out: You have two routes:
- Route 1: Go with Titorelli's assistant.
- Route 2: Go alone.
- Getting the workforce: You have two routes:
- Route 1: Ask the priest for help.
- Route 2: Ask Leni for help.
- Getting into Tower: Access the Tower.
The Tower
Inside the Tower, you'll face several challenges:
- Finding the bug in charge: Locate the leader of the bugs.
- Getting to the Verdict Box: Navigate to this critical location. This involves complex platforming and environmental puzzles.
To reach the Verdict Box, you must overcome several obstacles:
- Pass two rollers; the second requires precise timing to jump into the top roller's space to avoid being squashed.
- Read a document, then return to the highest point. Jump onto a flying document, move to its middle, then jump to the last stamp. When the stamp lifts, jump out of the processor.
- Take the middle of three pipes, stopping before it bends down. Jump onto a flying paper and ride it to the metal arches.
- Maneuver past three pistons. Get behind the piston furthest from the pipe, climb using metal supports, then walk across a small metal piece when the piston descends. Wait for it to rise, then jump across all three pistons into the pipe.
- The final decision: At the Verdict Box, you face a crucial choice:
- Route 1: Destroy Tower.
- Route 2: Seal Josef's fate.
