Quest Giver: Elara, the Forest Spirit (Whispering Woods, near the Elder Tree after Chapter 1).
Objective: Recover 5 'Spirit Shards' scattered throughout the Lost Grove to restore Elara's power.
The Lost Grove is a secluded area accessible via a hidden path in the northern Whispering Woods. It's filled with 'Gloom Weavers' (stealthy enemies) and 'Ancient Treants' (slow, high health). Spirit Shards are often found in elevated positions, requiring Owl Form's glide, or behind environmental puzzles. One shard is guarded by a 'Gloom Beast' mini-boss, which is vulnerable to fire damage. Another requires you to use Rat Form to navigate a small cave system.
Rewards: 1500 XP, 500 Essence, 'Spirit-Bound Amulet' (increases Essence regeneration), unlocks 'Deer Form' (Minor Form: enhanced movement speed, jump height).
