- In The Processor area, after encountering the bureaucrat who offers no help, continue on. Use the 'Tower' flier to exit the area, then proceed left and down. Cross the chasm using the pencil. Talk to the group of intellectual bugs. One bug will direct you to a conveyor belt going up, found by sticking to the cabinets going forward.
