While the Phantom Cloak is your primary tool for E.M.M.I. evasion, there are other strategies. Learn each E.M.M.I.'s unique patrol patterns and detection methods. Some are faster, some have wider detection cones, and some can climb walls. Use the environment to your advantage: hide behind pillars, use Morph Ball tunnels, and utilize one-way doors to escape. If caught, your only chance is a perfectly timed melee counter, which is extremely difficult. Prioritize stealth and escape over confrontation until you have the Omega Beam.
