E.M.M.I.-03SB: Unique Abilities and Detection

Its detection method is similar to previous units (visual and auditory), but its rapid movement makes escaping once detected far more difficult. 1. Reach the Network Room: Your primary objective in Dairon is to reach the Network Room. This is typically located in the northern part of the E.M.M.I. zone. You may need to activate power generators in Dairon to open paths to this area.
2. Defeat the Central Unit: Inside the Network Room, you will find the Central Unit. Engage and destroy it. This will temporarily supercharge your Arm Cannon, granting you the Omega Stream.
3. Locate the Omega Cannon Charging Station: After acquiring the Omega Stream, you need to find a suitable location to charge your Omega Cannon. In Dairon, the Omega Cannon charging station is often found in a larger, more open chamber within the E.M.M.I. zone, typically on a higher platform or behind a Speed Booster Block.
   • Specific Location Hint: Look for a large, open shaft or chamber, often with a magnetic rail or a series of ledges leading upwards. The charging station is usually at the very top.
   • Speed Booster Requirement: To reach the Omega Cannon charging station in Dairon, you will almost certainly need to utilize your Speed Booster ability. Look for long, flat stretches of ground that allow you to build up speed, then jump or shine-spark to break through Speed Booster Blocks or reach distant platforms. Practice your Speed Booster maneuvers to ensure you can reach the charging station quickly and efficiently.

Executing the Omega Cannon Attack

Once you have the Omega Stream and have reached the charging station:

1. Charge the Omega Cannon: Stand on the designated platform and hold down the attack button to charge your Omega Cannon. This process leaves you vulnerable, so ensure the E.M.M.I. is not in the immediate vicinity.
2. Lure E.M.M.I.-03SB: Once the Omega Cannon is fully charged, you must lure E.M.M.I.-03SB into your line of fire. Position yourself strategically so that when it approaches, you have a clear shot.
3. Fire the Omega Stream: When E.M.M.I.-03SB is in range, unleash the Omega Stream. This powerful beam will strip away its armored plating.
4. Deliver the Omega Blaster Shot: Immediately after its armor is destroyed, the E.M.M.I. will be temporarily stunned. Charge your Omega Blaster (hold the attack button again) and aim for its exposed head. A single, well-placed shot will destroy E.M.M.I.-03SB.
