Arachnus is a large, spider-like creature encountered early in the game. It attacks by spitting webs, charging, and jumping. Its weak point is its head. Use charged shots to hit its head when it's exposed. When it curls into a ball, it's invulnerable; wait for it to uncurl. Dodge its charges by jumping over it. After defeating its physical form, be prepared to fight its Core-X.
