Upon regaining control, head right. You'll encounter your first enemies, Hornoads. Defeat them and absorb the X-Parasites. Continue right, dropping down a shaft. Proceed left through a door, then up. You'll find a Save Room; use it. Continue right, then down. You'll eventually reach the Navigation Room. The computer will brief you on the situation and your next objective: investigate the Main Reactor.
