Your journey through Agon Wastes culminates in the Mining Station B, where you will find the Light Beam. This beam fires blasts of light energy, effective against Dark Aether creatures and objects. It consumes Light Ammo, which is replenished similarly to Dark Ammo. The Light Beam's charge shot can generate a temporary light shield, protecting Samus from Dark Aether's corrosive atmosphere.
Immediately after acquiring the Light Beam, you'll be ambushed by Dark Splinters and Dark Inglets. Use your new Light Beam to dispatch them quickly. The Light Beam is crucial for activating Light Beam doors and interacting with Light Aether mechanisms. With both the Dark and Light Beams, you now have the tools to navigate both dimensions of Aether more effectively. You'll also need to use the Light Beam to activate a specific mechanism to exit the Mining Station B and continue your journey.
