Energy Tanks are crucial for increasing Samus's maximum health, allowing her to withstand more damage from enemies and environmental hazards. There are a total of 14 Energy Tanks scattered across Aether. Each tank adds 100 units to your energy meter. Finding all of them significantly boosts your survivability, especially during boss battles and in the corrosive atmosphere of Dark Aether.
Many Energy Tanks are hidden behind puzzles, require specific beam weapons or Morph Ball upgrades to access, or are located in challenging combat arenas. Always keep an eye out for suspicious environmental elements, scan everything, and revisit areas with new abilities. For example, some tanks are found by using the Boost Ball to break through weak floors, while others require the Spider Ball to navigate magnetic tracks. Prioritize collecting these as you progress through the game.
