How do I defeat the Berserker Lord?

The Berserker Lord is a formidable early-game boss. Here's a breakdown of how to take him down:

• Location: Norion, Generator Core.
• Strategy:
  1. Phase 1: Exposed Core
     • The Berserker Lord starts with an exposed Phazon core on its chest. Target this core with your Plasma Beam.
     • Dodge its ground slams and energy projectiles. Use your Morph Ball to quickly evade.
     • After taking enough damage, the core will retract, and the Lord will become temporarily invulnerable.
  2. Phase 2: Phazon Tentacles
     • The Lord will extend Phazon tentacles from its body. These tentacles will try to strike you.
     • Switch to your Hypermode (by pressing the + button) and unleash a barrage of Hyper Ball attacks (Morph Ball + B button) on the tentacles.
     • Destroying all tentacles will expose the core again.
  3. Repeat: Continue this pattern of damaging the exposed core, then destroying the tentacles in Hypermode, until the Berserker Lord is defeated.

I'm stuck in Bryyo, how do I get past the lava?

Bryyo's fiery landscapes can be tricky. Overcoming the lava obstacles usually requires the use of specific suit upgrades:

• Required Item: Grapple Voltage.
• Location of Grapple Voltage: Bryyo, Main Reactor. You'll obtain this after defeating the Mogenar Golem on Bryyo, similar to the Grapple Lasso on Elysia.
• Steps to Cross Lava (General):
  1. Identify Grapple Points: Look for glowing yellow grapple points above the lava. These are typically inactive.
  2. Activate with Grapple Voltage: Once you have the Grapple Voltage, aim at these inactive grapple points. Use the Grapple Beam and then press the A button to send a jolt of electricity, activating them.
  3. Swing Across: With the grapple point now active, you can use your standard Grapple Lasso to swing across the lava pit.

• Energy Tanks:
  • Norion: One can be found in the Maintenance Shaft. After activating the first generator, look for a hidden path accessible via the Morph Ball.
  • Bryyo: In the Cliffside Airdock, after clearing the initial area, look for a platform accessible by a well-timed jump or a small Morph Ball tunnel.
• Missile Expansions:
  • Norion: In the Docking Bay 1, after the initial attack, check the upper ledges. You'll need to use your Grapple Lasso to reach it.
  • Elysia: Within the Main Docking Bay, there's a small alcove accessible via a Morph Ball tunnel near the entrance.
