Prologue: Distress Signal on Aetheria

Your journey begins with Samus responding to a distress sal emanating from the remote research outpost on Aetheria. Upon arrival, you'll find the facility in disarray, overrun by hostile creatures. Your primary objective is to investigate the source of the disturbance and secure the outpost. This initial mission serves as a tutorial, introducing you to basic combat mechanics and environmental interaction. Pay close attention to the on-screen prompts and use your Scan Visor frequently to gather data on new enemies and environmental hazards. Expect to encounter a few waves of indigenous fauna and some corrupted security drones. The path is largely linear, guiding you through the damaged corridors of the research station.
