Energy Tank Expansions

Energy Tank Expansions are crucial for increasing Samus's maximum health, allowing her to withstand more damage in combat. There are a total of 14 Energy Tanks scattered across the various planets. Each tank adds 100 units to your total energy. Many are hidden behind environmental puzzles, requiring specific beam weapons or suit upgrades to access. Others are rewards for defeating optional mini-bosses or completing challenging platforming sequences. Always keep an eye out for suspicious cracks in walls, hidden passages, or areas that seem just out of reach. Your Scan Visor will often highlight interactive elements that lead to these valuable upgrades. Prioritize collecting these, especially before major boss encounters.
