Tallon Overworld
The lush, initial region of Tallon Overworld holds several vital upgrades that will aid your early journey. Many of these are accessible relatively early, but some require specific beam weapons or the Morph Ball Bomb.
Energy Tanks
- Energy Tank 1 (Main Plaza): After acquiring the Morph Ball, roll into the small tunnel on the left side of the Main Plaza, near the waterfall. Follow the path to find the tank.
- Energy Tank 2 (Root Cave): Once you have the Space Jump Boots, jump across the platforms in the Root Cave. The tank is on a high ledge, requiring precise jumping.
Missile Expansions
- Missile Expansion 1 (Landing Site): Immediately upon landing, look for a small alcove above your ship. Use the Space Jump Boots to reach it.
- Missile Expansion 2 (Waterfall Cave): In the Waterfall Cave, use a Morph Ball Bomb to destroy the weakened floor section. Drop down to find the expansion.
- Missile Expansion 3 (Cargo Freight Lift to Deck Gamma): After activating the cargo lift, ride it up. The expansion is on a ledge accessible via a well-timed Space Jump during the lift's ascent.
