The Log Book is a comprehensive database of all creatures, lore, and items on Tallon IV. To achieve 100% completion, you must scan every scannable object, enemy, and lore entry in the game. Many enemies have multiple scan entries (e.g., normal, dead, specific attack). Some lore entries are time-sensitive or require specific visors. Completing the Log Book unlocks bonus content and provides a deeper understanding of the game's universe.
