Aeion Abilities are powerful new tools introduced in Metroid: Samus Returns, consuming a special Aeion energy bar located below your Energy Tanks. There are four primary Aeion Abilities, each with unique tactical applications. The Scan Pulse reveals hidden blocks and items on your map within a radius. The Lightning Armor reduces incoming damage and makes Samus immune to certain environmental hazards. The Beam Burst significantly increases your beam's firing rate and power.
