Saving Your Progress
  1. Save Stations: These are glowing, circular platforms found throughout Zebes. Simply stand on them and press 'Up' on the D-Pad to save your game. Save Stations also fully restore your energy and ammunition.
  2. Ship: Samus's Gunship, located in Crateria, acts as a Save Station and a full refill point. It's a safe haven where you can always return to replenish your resources.

It's highly recommended to save frequently, especially after acquiring new power-ups or defeating challenging enemies. The game can be unforgiving, and losing progress can be frustrating. Always make a habit of saving whenever you encounter a Save Station, even if you don't feel like you've made significant progress since your last save.
