Mastering movement and stealth is crucial for avoiding detection, ambushing enemies, and navigating dangerous areas. While basic crouching and proning are essential, advanced techniques can give you a significant advantage.

- Sound Management: Every action in Miscreated generates sound. Sprinting is loud, walking is quieter, crouching is even quieter, and proning is almost silent. Opening doors, breaking windows, and chopping trees all make noise. Be aware of your sound footprint, especially in high-traffic areas.
- Footstep Awareness: Learn to distinguish between player footsteps (often heavier, more deliberate) and mutant sounds. Use headphones to pinpoint direction.
- Line of Sight (LOS) Breaking: Always use cover. Break line of sight with potential threats by moving behind buildings, trees, or terrain features. This makes you harder to spot and gives you time to react.
- Peeking: Use third-person camera (C key) to peek around corners without exposing your character. This is a powerful tool for scouting.
- Camo Clothing: Wearing appropriate camouflage clothing (e.g., 'Military Camo Jacket', 'Ghillie Suit') can make you harder to spot, especially in dense foliage.
- Night Movement: Moving at night offers significant stealth advantages, but requires a 'Flashlight' or 'Headlamp' (which can give away your position) or excellent map knowledge.
- Vehicle Stealth: While vehicles are loud, turning off the engine and coasting can allow for quieter approaches to bases or POIs.
Practicing these techniques will make you a much more elusive and dangerous survivor.
