While Miscreated doesn't feature a deep RPG-style character creation system with stats or classes, you do have options to customize your survivor's appearance. Upon first launching the game or when creating a new character, you'll be presented with a character customization screen. Here, you can choose from a selection of pre-set male and female models. While the options are somewhat limited, you can typically adjust:

- Gender: Male or Female.
- Head Type: Different facial structures and hair styles.
- Skin Tone: A range of skin color options.
- Hair Color: Various hair color choices.
- Facial Hair: For male characters, beard and mustache options.
These choices are purely cosmetic and do not affect gameplay, stats, or abilities. Your character's appearance can be further customized in-game by finding and equipping various clothing items, hats, and accessories. These items not only change your look but can also offer minor protection from the elements or camouflage, depending on their type. Remember, a unique look can sometimes make you stand out to other players, so consider if you want to blend in or make a statement.
