Attack Patterns & Strategies:
Ibushi is the first Elder Dragon you face in a Rampage-style quest. The fight takes place in a unique arena with defensive installations.
- Installation Focus: Your primary damage will come from Ballistas, Cannons, and the Dragonator. Man these installations and fire at Ibushi.
- Wind Sacs: Ibushi has glowing wind sacs on its body and tail. Focus fire on these to break them, causing large damage and potentially knocking it down.
- Wind Attacks: It will create powerful wind currents that can push you around or damage installations.
- Dragonator: When available, use the Dragonator for massive damage. Time it carefully for when Ibushi is close.
- Counter Signal: When the Counter Signal is active, your personal attack power is greatly increased. Use this time to engage Ibushi directly with your weapon.
- Ultimate Attack: Ibushi will charge a massive wind attack. Use the Dragonator or powerful installation attacks to interrupt it.
Recommended Gear:
- Any high-damage weapon. Elemental weaknesses are less critical here due to the installation focus.
- Armor with good defense.
- Skills like Artillery (for cannons) or Ballistics (for ballistas) can be helpful if you want to specialize in installations.
